The ramen was perfectly balanced, with a rich, flavourful broth and carefully prepared ingredients. But the real surprise of the evening was the sushi – incredibly fresh, creative, and easily comparable to what you’d find in top sushi bars.
What made the experience even better was the incredibly friendly team – both in the kitchen and on the floor. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. I felt truly looked after, not just as a guest, but as someone they were happy to serve.
It’s been a while since I’ve left a restaurant feeling this satisfied and uplifted. Shotgun Zermatt is not just about great food – it’s about the people and the passion they put into everything they do.
