"Very popular spot for enjoying Taiwanese cold noodles."

"Came here for supper and tried the famous cold noodle with sesame sauce with a side of spring onion omelette and pork ball egg drop soup. The cold noodle has nice chew and springy, the noodles are freshly prepared and dunk into cold water to give that refreshing texture. The sauce favouring is just right, not too salty with balanced taste of sesame and seasoning. The best part for me was the pork ball egg drop soup because it was done perfectly, egg drop spread through out the soup evenly like clouds, soft and silky, the pork balls are handmade too so the texture is between firm and soft. You can choose sunny side or spring onion omelette as a side which I chose the latter as it’s more rare to have that for supper, and it was cooked very well too. Order at counter and they will bring the food to you. Vibe is lively, many young people and prepare to share table with others because the place is busy!"

"The unassuming-looking biege noodles is surprisingly yummy and packs a flavourful punch. The noodles are coated with a delicious nutty sauce and have a satisfying bite. Egg is well-cooked with runny yolk. Really great value for money.
It is a very casual quick dining eatery, don't expect warm service lol."

26 Outstanding Taiwanese Restaurants in the Bay Area
During pre-pandemic times, Mama Liu made its money on the lunchtime office park circuit, following a set route that included several Silicon Valley tech campuses. But with in-person working still largely on hold, the food truck, which specializes in Taiwanese street food, has only been selling once a week, at a different location each week (Milpitas, Fremont, Cupertino and so forth), to customers who pre-order via its Chinese-language online form.
A Brief Guide to Fan Tuan, the Delicious Rice Rolls of Taiwan
Liu is the owner of Liu Mama Fan Tuan (劉媽媽飯團), a wildly popular breakfast stand in the Da’an District of Taipei. You can spot the stand from a mile away—just look for the long line of people fiddling on their phones as they wait for their orders. The stand is so busy that they have three separate fan tuan stations to satisfy demand.
