"PSA: WARNING!!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, THESE PEOPLE ARE UNETHICAL. I have met such wonderful people traveling Thailand but these are by far the worst I've encountered. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life. I booked 5 nights with them. After arriving and spending one night in their establishment I knew I had to leave. The bungalow was right next to the restaurant and kitchen so not only was it loud all day and night, there was no privacy whatsoever. It was completely different than the photos advertised. The curtains didn't even cover the full windows and I felt so unsafe as a female solo traveler here. The place was dirty, i.e. My feet got super dirty when barefoot in there and lots of mold. I explained this wasn't what was advertised and I was here on vacation so hoping for quiet, privacy, and a safe feeling. They charged me cash on arrival for all 5 nights. She refunded me some of the money but overcharged me for the one night I spent. Whatever, I just wanted to get out of there. I checked my bank statement and they charged me again for 5 nights meaning they double charged me. When I reached out to them hoping it was just an accident, they have completely ignored me so I know they did it on purpose. So sad there are people like this in the world but if I would have seen this review before I went I never would have stayed so hopefully I can help someone else. I thought it would be a good place because of the reviews but most are just for their restaurant. AVOID THESE UNETHICAL PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! THIS HOTEL IS NOT AS ADVERTISED.

It truly feels like dining in a cozy local guesthouse back in Switzerland. Highly recommended! Even enjoying a cheese fondue under the palm trees is an unforgettable and delicious experience."
