Beast Burger and Pizza (Chiang Mai)

If you find yourself craving Western fast food, skip the global franchises and make a beeline for this restaurant run by two young Thai siblings, which grew out of a popular food truck. Beast's burgers and beef patties are made with premium-quality ingredients and perfectly cooked. The veggie patty is great, too.

Beast Burger serves glorious buns that capture real American flavours in every bite. This food truck is a gourmet spot, ideal for meat lovers, offering some of the juiciest burgers in Chiang Mai. Using fresh ingredients, the truck cooks patties with an assortment of spices.

Beast Burger started out as a local food truck in Nimman, and it would probably be Chiang Mai’s equivalent to Bangkok’s Daniel Thaiger, as its popularity pushed them into a major upgrade and full-time establishment. And every is done right from its clean-cut premises, to its simplistic, yet solid, menu. And they of course have fantastic burgers, in their signature Beast Burger, their Blue Cheese Burger and their Pulled Pork Sandwich.

Starting as a burger truck outside Thanachart Bank on Nimman Road, this joint’s namesake sandwich got so monstrously popular that they moved into a permanent, modern-looking glass-and-steel kiosk on Soi 17. The menu offers eight types of burgers and three side dishes. Beyond the namesake Beast, you can also order a chicken burger, a balsamic cheesesteak burger, even a vegan burger molded from chickpea and beetroot.

Beast Burger will satisfy all your burger cravings in one bite!. What started out as a little yellow food truck that became a major success, Beast Burger now has its own roof which serves up the most delicious gourmet burgers. The space is just as cool as the burgers, with large family style wooden-tables for you to dine out with friends.

The first time we heard of this burger place was when we overheard people saying “I’m going to have The Beast for dinner tonight.” As you can imagine, this sparked our interest. Soon, we headed over to Beast Burger to try out their famed burgers. The sesame bun was light and airy and the meat was super juicy.

After a while, their burgers became so popular that they opened a restaurant and now serve their food from a hipster looking bar in Nimman. What’s their secret?. Only fresh ingredient, portions that will fulfil demanding customers and a great, lively atmosphere of their restaurant.

For when you need a break from rice and noodles, the burgers at this food truck, on Nimmanhaemin Road between Soi 6 and 8, are fantastic. For beef lovers they offer the standard and double beast burger with all the trimmings. For us, we opted for the delicious Pulled Pork burger.

So, just to give you a bit of history on this joint: It used to be a food truck!. Yup, last year, you could not miss it as you walked on Nimmanhaemin Road. They had a little food truck and a couple of fold-out tables, but they served a mean burger.

And then there’s our favorite burger restaurant in Chiang Mai that goes by the name Beast Burger, what’s in a name. Succulent burgers, oh boy, what a treat. Fresh bread, fresh toppings, good quality juicy beef patties and a top notch service crew.
