What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
SP Chicken is celebrated for its exceptionally juicy and flavorful rotisserie chicken, deeply infused with garlic and grilled to perfection. Many patrons also praise the authentic Isan dishes, like papaya salad and pork laap, finding them to be incredible value for money. However, some reviews mention inconsistent service and the occasional issue with flies due to the open-air setting, as well as the chicken selling out early.
"Cannot beat this rotisserie chicken. Lots of lemongrass flavor and cooked over charcoal with a nice smoking char. Perfectly cooked.l chicken that stayed moist and skin was crispy and all the fat has been rendered off. Pair with some beer and som tom to create probably one of the best "drink beer and eat" experience."

"The restaurant is right next to our hotel, so we decided to give it a try while waiting for our room to be ready.
The chicken was tasty: well-seasoned, juicy and perfectly cooked. It came with two sauces: a chili sauce and a lemon sauce. The lemon sauce was especially delicious. We also had the papaya salad, which we really enjoyed.
The staff were friendly and attentive."
Ryan
"The roast chicken is very tender and juicy. Super like the spicy pork liver salad and papaya salad. Simply amazing to go with the roasted chicken. Super value for money! Must try! Operating Hours from 10am to 5pm."
