Reviews Summary
Boonrat Dim Sum is a highly recommended local institution for authentic Thai-Chinese dim sum, praised for its delicious flavors, extensive variety, and incredibly affordable prices. While it's a bustling spot with frequent queues, especially in the morning, the food quality and value make the wait worthwhile. Some diners note the lack of air conditioning and potential for food to not be piping hot, but the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, highlighting its status as a must-visit for breakfast.
"These are officially the best and most delicious dim sums I ever tried in my life. The location is working until approx. 10am because this is a traditionally breakfast course. You chose from the variety of plates (with usually 1-3 pcs each) at the entrance, they are being brought to your table, and you pay when you finished. Everything is fresh, super exciting to try. To 99% the location was filled with locals. Prepare to wait to be seated.
Highly recommended + come as early as you can to get in."

"There are many dishes to choose from. wait for queu in front of the shop. When it's almost our turn, we have to choose what we want in front of the shop first. Then they will take us to the table and serve. Potato when you finish eating. Longan juice has a lot of longan pulp, so good."

"One of the best breakfasts I’ve had in Phuket. The dim sum here is incredibly tasty especially the shrimp, so fragrant and fresh. Everything feels light but full of flavor. The ingredients are clearly high quality, and you can really taste the difference. It’s the kind of place you’d want to come back to. Just make sure to come early it gets packed fast"
