"In terms of IHG quality, Hotel Indigo hits all the marks. You're getting a very reliable and high-quality experience that doesn’t disappoint. The location is right in the heart of Patong, just a five-minute walk to the beach and other popular spots. They offer happy hour at the pool bar and live music near the lobby almost every night, which adds a great vibe to the stay.
I would just note that this is more of a city-style property—you’re not getting the sprawling resort experience you might expect in other areas. That said, it’s not the hotel’s fault, and they really do make the most of the space they have.

"I recently stayed at this hotel in Phuket and overall had a pleasant experience. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, which made check-in and any inquiries smooth and enjoyable.
The location is excellent — close to many attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The room was clean and well-maintained, which added to the comfort of the stay.
The only downside was the noise level. If your room faces the street, be prepared for noticeable street noise, especially at night. There was also some noise from other guests in the hallways. To avoid street noise, I recommend choosing a room that faces the garden instead — it’s much quieter and more relaxing.
Other than that, I have no complaints and would consider staying here again, especially for the great service and location."

"I had a great stay. The staff was amazing and I felt very safe here as a solo traveler. I arrived in the morning after an overnight flight and they graciously allowed me to check in early.
The room was nicely decorated and clean. The location of the hotel is great - walking distance to many shops and restaurants around Patong. The breakfast was delicious; there is a buffet portion and an egg menu. I also had some laundry done and it came back the same day, nicely folded and very clean. Overall I am very pleased with my stay."
