Pai Siam Bar & Bistro was definitely a top favorite; opposite our hotel (see below Where to stay), on a very central corner spot so great for people watching and good live music in particular evenings. There are plenty of bars in Pai with live music that last until around midnight. Bring earplugs if you plan on sleeping in early and booked accommodation right at Chai Songkhram Rd or ถนน เทศบาล ๑ (Municipal Rd 1).
