Tja, laten we eens beginnen met onze lieve buuf: Juffrouw Jacoba!. Ze zit net als Long John’s in een prachtig historisch pand aan de Krankeledenstraat in Amersfoort, waar je voor je gevoel even terug de tijd in gaat. Het is er heerlijk knus en bovendien is hun terras aan de achterzijde een verborgen pareltje, waar je heerlijk rustig kunt ontbijten met crêpes & galettes.

Maar ook voor galettes, croques, wentelteefjes en vers gebak, wat allemaal vers gemaakt wordt in de open keuken. Een aanrader is de Crêpe Salidou met appel, de Bretonse versie van karamel-zeezout. En niet geheel onbelangrijk: de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is prima, dus hoef je niet één ding te kiezen op de kaart.
