"On the very warm Saturday we have dinner there with four of us, luckily the restaurant already let the window open upfront so without having air conditioning it’s still ok to have dinner. We visited Aubergerie in 2012 and this time is the second time, I have to say the food is still good (might be even better than I remembered), the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is nice. Would go again when we visit Amersfoort."

"5 stars for a wonderful culinary experience. We took the 5 course surprise menu and it was all very delicious. The wine pairing is a great option as well and their selection from appetizer to dessert complimented every dish. The staff were kind, attentive and took their time explaining the ingredients and how the wines pair with the dish. Would definitely go again."
