Bij Fou Fow Ramen komen we speciaal voor de Tonkotsu ramen, die je in basic (een wat uitgeklede variant voor €11,-), classic (zoals je hem wil, €13,-) en in een grotere variant kunt krijgen (€15,-).

This no reservations spot is ever popular and it’s easy to see why. Once again all the crowd pleasers are here – Shio (my favourite at Fou Fow), Tonkotsu, Miso, Vegetarian and even Tan Tan Men and Tori Lemon Ginger ramen.

It was arguably the first place to be exclusively serving ramen in Amsterdam, and as such holds a bit of a special place in my heart. Fou Fow offers their noodle soup in three sizes, with various different bases to their broths.
