Really loved the foie gras dish, best I have ever had. It was very well balanced with the pear and coffee. The potato dish was well executed with depth of flavour from the smoked eel and komba.
First time trying pickle herring and it was amazing with the horseradish ice cream.
Lastly, the dessert - hay ice cream, topped with goat yogurt, cardamom and rhubarb meringue. Not too sweet, so a perfect dessert for perfect meal.

"Overall very nice experience. The staff is very welcoming and pleasant, the atmosphere is cosy and quiet (lounge music in the background allowing people to talk without shouting). We did the 8-course menu, all dishes were well presented however two dishes didn’t meet our expectations due to the veggies not being very tasty. We opted for Dutch wines which was an interesting discovery, though a bit overpriced (min 13€ a glass) for the wine quality. One last point is to make sure you get a proper table (vs high table/chai) as the chair back is not very comfortable for a 3h dinner, we woke up with back pain the next day…"
