"We had a great time at Vermeer and the staff was incredible. The whole concept is very unique as you choose how many courses you want to eat and there are very few tables (there were only 7 other people in the restaurant the whole night). We chose 7 courses; all the food was wonderful and I was extremely full by course 6. There was one course that my husband did not like and the staff made a different item just for him. Hicham was wonderful and made the whole experience special."
