The service, the food, the music, and the ambiance were all absolutely amazing. Bartender had his personal play list going with a mix of 70s and 80s rock I hadn't heard in years.
The decor wasn't just Irish pub beer and alcohol stuff, spotted many music and motorcycle items too. Saw a Deadpool poster I'd never seen before.
We ordered the Irish stew and Guiness Beef pie, with calamari to start. Took a bit for the kitchen to make them, just a sign that it's not quick bar food. Was happy to wait! Depth of flavor in both dishes was incredible. The beef in the Guiness pie just melts in your mouth. The Irish stew was just the right size and so savory. Comes with a side of mashed potatoes that I mixed into my stew.
For a small Irish pub, this is absolutely worth a train ride from Amsterdam to enjoy."

There was also a good selection of draught beers. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, adding to the relaxed, inviting atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back again!"
