"Let me start by saying: if you haven’t been to this place yet, you’re an idiot. Seriously, it's one of those rare spots where everything just clicks. From the moment we walked in, it was like the universe aligned to give us a perfect night. The vibe? Immaculate. The service? It's like they trained the staff to read your mind. And speaking of the staff, shoutout to our server—she made the night even better. You know when someone’s just on it, and you don’t have to ask for a thing? That was her. If you could bottle that kind of service, you’d be a billionaire.
Now, onto the food. We kicked off with oysters, because why not? Two kinds: one with shallots and tabasco (classic), and then some genius decided to add a Bloody Mary with cucumber. Who comes up with that? And how is it not disgusting? But no, it was brilliant. Then came the olive oil ice cream—yeah, you read that right. Ice cream made from f*ing olive oil, with duck liver and macadamia. You think it’s a weird combo, but man, it works. The grilled prawns? Phenomenal. The vitello tonnato? Tender enough to make you question your life choices. And the steak tartare with smoked eel foam? Mate, just stop. It was ridiculous.
We washed it all down with a bottle of Pieri Brunello. Expensive? Sure. Worth it? Every damn penny. If you don’t go here, you’re missing out on one of the best meals of your life. And don’t forget to thank the server. She’s a legend."
