The flavours in every dish worked so well together; from the first dish to the last, each and every one interesting and exciting to eat. And the wines were well found and paired wonderfully.

"Such a difficult review. The most important- the food was amongst the best I have ever eaten. Fantastic kitchen. Service was brilliant - but failed after dish 3 of the 5 course dinner. Loooooooong wait for the next dish. And while enjoying the fantastic plates- I also had to suffer from the horrible acoustics of this restaurant. I just wanted to scream -“Shut up! Eat toffee!” To the other customers. Or rather -“add some textiles to the walls!” To the restaurant. But the food was amongst the best I have ever eaten!!!
But if this restaurant is to get * well food is there. Service almost there. But noice level? No way"

Naar eigen zeggen wordt dit restaurant onderhouden door “vakidioten die niets liever willen dan hun passie voor eten en drinken delen”.
