We have been enjoying their excellent Turkish breakfast with family and it consists of 20+ breakfast items ranging from jams, cheese, fresh vegetables, olives, eggs, potato, bread, Nutella and chai! "I ordered my fav cocktail here - passion fruit Collins. First they bring some terrible pink one ( but I tried,it was much alcohol and not delicious)
I said its a mistake it must be different colour and taste different way
So they bring that one…they added much of peach juice which made it kinda better taste but it was not at all passion fruit Collins. But the most important part : quality of alcohol was SO LOW, I couldn’t even finish that cocktail and I felt really uncomfortable after🤢"

"If you’re a solo woman in your 20s, be careful here. What looks like a trendy spot with nice decor turned out to be one of the most uncomfortable experiences of my trip.

Within minutes of arriving I was hit with unwanted comments from Hunkar who told me I was the same age as his son, and then proceeded to explain how “hot” girls my age are.
I didn’t come here for that.
Nothing says “relaxing holiday” or “Happy Birthday” like unsolicited creepy commentary from a 👨🏽‍🦲 man leering over your table

When my phone went missing, the staff’s reaction was more focused on denying any responsibility than actually helping.
I was told, “We didn’t ste*l your phone, we have CCTV,” and that was the extent of it.
Only after I pushed — repeatedly — did the receptionist finally agree to check the footage. Magically, my phone reappeared on the table I’d already searched several times. Strange how that works.

£7+ for a single gin with no mixer. A deal if you’re drinking in London, maybe, but not when the service gives gas station energy. Minus the convenience.
So in the end it was almost £40 for 3 single gins, 1 sprite, and shisha.
However it barely cost me £29 for 2 double gins, 1 sprite, and a steak in Costa Flamingo.

The music? Think nightclub volume, but not in a fun way - more like they’re trying to drown out the sound of people regretting their life choices.
The whole place screams “style over substance,” or more accurately: “Instagram backdrop for people with no standards.”

By comparison, Costa Flamingo next door is a paradise, a breath of fresh air - attentive, calm, respectful, and welcoming. The team there made me feel safe and genuinely looked after. The difference in professionalism and energy couldn’t have been more obvious.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one felt necessary. I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending this place to other solo female travellers - or honestly, to anyone expecting even basic respect.

Nice decor can only take you so far.
When safety, empathy, and professionalism are missing, no amount of ‘mood lighting’ can make up for it."
