"We decided to try this restaurant due to the great reviews. We ordered İskender döner for takeaway — it came with pita bread and a side salad. Very tasty and a generous portion.

The moment you walk in, you can sense the high standards. The waiter greeted us politely at the door, and there were plenty of seating options with a visiting number of guests even on a Monday midday.

Prices have increased since the last shared menu two weeks ago, which I had discussed recently with my tour guide — understandable given the high inflation in Turkey. Still worth it."

"The lahmacun was awesome — crispy and flaky, really well done.

But overall, the service was disappointing.

Staff struggled with English and didn’t understand our request to serve the soup as half.

We had to specifically ask for olive oil and pomegranate molasses with the salad, which they gave only after we noticed it being served to Turkish guests.

The wait time was also too long even though less people were there.

They do accept card payments, but the experience felt a bit unfair for foreigners."

"Very friendly staff. As soon as we sat down, we were offered appetizers and water. They gave helpful recommendations on what to order so it wouldn’t be too much.
