"as a local of Bursa (born and raised), I tried all kinds of iskender over the years and all of them seem like a waste compared to Cevat Iskenderoglu’s branch, which is the one with the logo with the circled R. This is the hands down best iskender to eat. I visited the old place in Heykel, the one in Carrefour and now this, and the quality does not waver. Same tasty meat, same high quality butter every time i visit. Prices are a little bit over the top, even compared to European meat dishes of the same gramage. But it’s worth it. I only eat iskender once per visit to Turkey and it’s here. Thanks for keeping the quality over the years."
