"I celebrated my birthday at Nicole in September 2024, and it was a great experience! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere with the stunning view was perfect. The dishes, with modern twists on Turkish flavors, were tasteful and creative. The wine pairing, featuring locally sourced small-batch wines, was spot on. They also brought a small cake with a candle and took an Instax photo to capture the memory. Although we spent around 500EUR for two, it’s worth it for a memorable dining experience in Istanbul."

"Sometimes I wonder how Michelin stars are handed out. As someone who has been privileged to travel around the world and try different Michelin starred restaurants, the food here is not exceptional by any means. Sure the food is "good", and the presentation is at times interesting, but in comparison to Michelin star restaurants in many other countries, it just lacks that X factor. Service was good, and location was decent, but we paid over well over a $1,000.00 and cannot justify spending that kind of money at this restaurant again."

"We enjoyed Nicole so much! The food was delicious and interesting, made better by a beautiful view in a very cool neighborhood. We are definitely not educated Michelin diners, but felt that the restaurant struck a great balance between edgy and traditional—a fish pastrami (the decidedly low point of the meal) followed by a delicate white fish in brown butter. When the staff found out it was our honeymoon, they gave us free champagne and removed approximately $100 from the bill. We are so grateful, and will come back whenever we are in Istanbul!!"
