"I only stopped for lunch, and I cant comment on the British food they serve, sorry. When in Rome and all that, especially after struggling to find a decent looking authentic local menu in the town.
I asked for a recommendation and the lovely man suggested a mixed grill, and WOW was it so tasty, in traditional Turkish style, accompanied by Pitta, rice, chips, salad etc.
More than enough to feed me for lunch and dinner. The flavours were divine.

We were delighted to find a waiter on one of the restaurants on the beach front who was kind enough to recommend Sevgiyolu Restaurant to us. The food at Sevgiyolu is truly what we've been looking for - delicious Turkish food. The waiters are very welcoming and friendly and most importantly the prices are very reasonable.

They also do fantastic pide and lahmacun and come a very close second to Pideci Mehmed. This is the only place in Marmaris that does a good Manisa kebab, and if you’ve never tried it, I highly recommend you do!. Sevgiyolu is a more laid-back kebab spot compared to the larger ocakbaşı restaurants.
