"Absolutely stunning! We were privileged to have enjoyed our wedding ceremony at Yedi Bilgeler. Everything was perfect! The food was excellent quality, the setting was beautiful and the wines were of high quality. Our favourite part however was the service. The Manager Ulaş sets a high standard for him and his team. Whilst planning the event over the course of 12 months we ate many times and were always amazed at how consistently great everything was. We were not disappointed on the day of our wedding. The restaurant served food for 130 people and it was just perfect. We cannot recommend yedi bilgeler and Ulaş more highly. Outstanding! We cannot wait to return!"

"During our stay at Vinifera Hotel, we had the pleasure of dining at 7 Bilgeler Şaraphanesi—a chef-driven restaurant where meticulous attention has been given to elevating traditional dishes into something more creative and refined.
The standout dishes for me were the aubergine dumplings and the intriguingly tender lamb heart. While the rest of the menu was undoubtedly above average, I found the pricing slightly steep for what was offered.
That said, the warm and professional service made the experience truly delightful. I’m grateful for the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, which added to the overall charm of the evening."

Finishing at Yedi Bilgeler was a good way to conclude our trip. Just 10 kilometres from Ephesus, Bilge and Gülgün Asar Yamen were doctors who had a dream to build a winery. What they’ve created is a testament to wine tourism, with a boutique hotel, an environmentally sensitive winery and a restaurant in a ‘castle’ style that reflects the local architecture.
