I wanted to leave a good review because every time I have been in here recently I have been lucky enough to be served by a really lovely, friendly girl named Ursula. Ursula is an amazing asset to this branch of Caffè Nero as she is not only a superb barista but she is also so welcoming, warm & friendly. It really does make ALL the difference as I had a very different experience in this branch previously when I was served a few times by the lady with the Eastern European accent named Monika (I believe she was either a manageress or at least she thought she was!) It’s a real breath of fresh air to go in there now and see the lovely Ursula as you know that, not only will you get a great coffee but also a lovely smile & genuine warmth.
