"The pizza I had here was actually phenomenal. I don't know where some of the other reviewers were eating, or if they've upped their game, but it was perfectly done and was nice and hot when it got to me. I could've eaten it twice.
Service was ✨🌟 Top Notch 🌟✨, really friendly Aussie guy who was so chatty and nice to us (and the other tables too). Attentive staff and nice ambience in there, feels worlds away from the Grafton lol. Will definitely be back!"

"We went for lunch today (Tuesday) there were a couple of people in and it did get busier before we left.
Me and my partner both ordered a pizza, I amended my pizza and took off the spinach and onions to swap to mushrooms which were no problem.
We were sat in a booth near where you come in and there was definitely a draft, we were going to move but the restaurant isn't really covered anywhere which lead to our food going cold very quickly. The bacon was so cold it had gone hard.
The toilets were not in a good way (both male toilets and female toilets). They also smelt.
The two members of staff we spoke to during our visit were pleasant.

The food was awful (multiple dishes), staff service was very slow, very poor and the manager was not better either.
Shoddy service, bad food and a rubbish manager (in the picture) who does not know about customer service.
Improve your menu, ingredients, attitude, customer service skills and learn to show some good will to customers when you have been paid for meals and drinks in advance that you have not had to fulfil.
Avoid this branch of Bella Italia like the plague and to be honest, I won’t be visiting and other Bella Italia because of this experience."
