Tradizioni is, as the name implies, a traditional Italian place offering a large variety of pizza and pasta. It’s fairly casual, but is definitely a restaurant rather than a cafe, and has seating outside on Mill Road in the summer. The food is really good here and not like some Italian places where it’s too greasy.

You’ll also notice quite a lot of the best GF eateries are on Mill Road – in my opinion anyway. All of the pasta sauces here are completely gluten free, with GF penne or gnocchi available. Note they do say that there is a risk of cross-contamination so may be safer for someone who is gluten intolerant.

There are a couple of good restaurants in Cambridge where you can indulge in Italian food. However, Tradizioni comes out tops due to its commitment to home-style cooking. This no-frills eater has indoor and outdoor seating with an incredible vibe among diners (this place has many regulars) and servers.

Tradizioni is a relaxed, family owned restaurant serving tasty, freshly cooked food. It aims to make you feel comfortable and simply wants you to enjoy some well cooked, generous portions of traditional Italian food. You have so much choice for delicious starters, pasta dishes, pizza and more.

We ordered the seafood pasta, grilled sea bass, and a pizza — everything was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place — we’ll definitely be back!

You can find Tadizioni on Mill Road, famed for its variety of restaurants. Eating at Tradizioni is like eating at home, it’s informal, and their friendly staff make you feel very welcome. The food is delicious and with meals based on Granny’s recipes you can’t go wrong eating here.

This modern restaurant gives the authentic Italian experience in stylish surroundings. Order one of their half and half pizzas with some of the softest pizza bases around. Fish, tomahawk steaks, pasta, also available – you can’t go wrong!

Tradizioni Restaurant is an Italian restaurant that offers fresh options, with quality ingredients and an automatically Italian flavour, they have gluten-free food, and one or two of their dishes are suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Tradizioni serves authentic Italian food, made with fresh ingredients and although they don’t have a license, there are plenty of shops nearby that sell wine. There is a £1 charge on corkage.

The restaurant can accommodate coeliac dietary needs, the staff clearly take lots of care around cross contamination. Amazing menu and I can't wait to come back.

We are an informal Italian restaurant that loves to prepare food as our granny taught us. Opening hours Monday to Saturday, 12pm to 3pm and 5pm to 10pm.

Excellent for my daughter (coeliac) she had pasta and loved it , then we all had gf profiteroles which were incredible 😊
