"what a great find, a proper country pub with all the warmth and comforts you would expect. Excellent food, great local beer, lovely staff and very dog friendly. Easy online booking. Cosy open fire. Had local seasonal green hop beer from Chislet's brewery called Wild Lane which was very nice. Second visit, very nice again - delicious starters, whitebait and mushrooms, great roasts, nice "Hurricane" beer from Kent. Third visit - still great service, lovely food and most excellent (different) beer from Chislet's"
