The highly-anticipated arrival of the Welsh edition of this world famous restaurant resulted in us having pretty high expectations, especially for the institution that bottomless brunch has become in recent years. However as a someone with celiac disease I was incredibly disappointed with the options for food - which weren’t just greens. I was so exited as they advertise for gluten free being really good, however the options were extremely limited… when phoning up they said they can make the chips gluten free however, the waiter told me they weren’t and they don’t change the frier, so it would be cross contamination. I think it was off putting as someone who can get extremely poorly with having gluten it didn’t seem as though they knew what to do with the information of being gluten free.
