"I almost didn't go here based on a negative review I had read. But I was short on time and hungry.
I'm glad I did visit - sure it may not be EXACTLY what I would expect in Italy, but you are in Carlisle, and the food was great, the atmosphere was warm.
Friendly and prompt service. I went for Tagliattele Alla Pescador. As a fussy pescatarian, I thoroughly enjoyed it! The cheesecake (special) was also a delight. Good portions for the prices on all fronts."

"Friendly and attentive staff, food was good and tasty but didn't blow my socks off. My wife's steak however was apparently gorgeous. Would happily go again, next time I'll maybe try the steak 😄🥩.
The atmosphere was loud when full, but it's a small contained space, if you're harder of hearing you may not enjoy it as much as peak times. Should also good for those with slight mobility issues, there is one small step towards the back of the restaurant towards the toilets."

"Nice, warm and lovely place. Already have been in there a couple of times but never had the chance to take some pictures and to write a review. The food was always good and never had any issues, the staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are decent for food and drinks.
We’ll definitely revisit the place at some point."
