Reviews Summary
Diners praise The Grange for its charming atmosphere and exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, with many highlighting specific servers who enhanced their experience. While the food is generally considered delicious and well-presented, particularly the Sunday roast and unique starters, some reviews mention occasional issues like overcooked chicken or a salad that had been sitting too long. The noise level can also be a concern for some, impacting the overall ambiance.
"Lovely Christmas menu, generous portions, superb stuffing and roasted veg. Great Camembert starter, not been here in nearly 20 years and it has vastly improved, so much so we’ll be back. Lovely service from young lady who was manning the bar as well!"

"Fantastic Lunch with Family - Excellent Service from Ellie!
We recently visited The Grange Boreham with my wife and father for a lovely lunch, and we were thoroughly impressed! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Ellie, who immediately made us feel welcome and showed us to our table.
The gastro pub itself has a charming, authentic atmosphere, and the ample parking made our visit stress-free. The menu offered a great variety of choices, catering to different tastes. We opted for the Cumberland sausage and mash, the cheese toastie, and the coronation chickpea – all of which were absolutely delicious, tasty, and beautifully presented.
The coffee was also excellent! We especially appreciated the warmed cups, which added a nice touch. And the cappuccinos were spot on.
What truly made our experience exceptional was the service provided by Ellie. She was incredibly charming, took the time to explain the menu in detail, and thoughtfully checked for any allergies. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor really enhanced our meal.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience at The Grange Boreham and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful meal in a welcoming setting. We will definitely be returning! Thank you, Ellie, and The Grange team!"
