We went for a festive menu ,which we had booked a few weeks in advance. Booked for 7pm and was already like a night club dark and music so loud you couldn’t hear your own voice (2 of our party had hearing difficulties). Waited an hour and not a single person took a drink order. Starters came out and they were tiny and not as described in the preorder. The starters tasted as if they had been at the back of a freezer for months!! Apparently the servers were told by the manager to not serve our table as we could order on the app but we couldn’t as when you went on the app and said if you had a deposit and clicked “yes” it said “a server will be with you” and no one ever came. We spoke to the manager and asked to cancel the rest of the food and we went somewhere else. 100% would not recommend!!!"
