"So I ordered a Charlie's special breakfast, food was ok, the black pudding was not of high quality and rather tasteless. I also ordered a pot of breakfast tea which tasted bitter and cheap. The staff did not interact with me very well at all and the guy who makes the hot beverages was stood by the door, walked in to then hold the door open for someone to go out and immediately looked at me and shut the door - right when he knew i was leaving and looked down and walked away. This I felt was extremely rude. Hence my honest 1 star review. Your customers should be your priority, they keep your business running! Not good service at all. Especially when I was polite towards the staff or anyone for that matter."
