"Went out for dinner with a party of 4. Mimosa itself has a beautiful interior and very noticeably the golden T-rex in the middle. It's a large restaurant with low-volume background music so even when it's busy, you can easily converse with your group without having to shout. The food was delicious, arrived promptly and was great portion sizes. Our waiter Rishi really looked after us."

When we arrived ( just a walk in, no reservation ) no one approached us , we had to ask someone at the cafe for a table
Only one other table occupied so it wasn’t busy
We took our time to choose what we wanted and when the skewers arrived the chicken was pink . I told the waiter and whilst he was very apologetic and insisted they be cooked further I said I didn’t want anything else thank you .
Unfortunately he then proceeded to tell me that he discussed it with the chef after the chef touched/poked it with his finger and said it was absolutely fine and the chicken as it was a thigh will be pink even when cooked….
