"Restaurant review:
We went for Sunday lunch. It was full on slightly chaotic when we arrived for our table at 2;45 but after a slightly slower start to service it did improve across the meal as the place calmed down after a clearly busy start of service.
Everyone was attentive and polite though and the food was wonderful. Good value, fresh and very tasty.
Thank you! Looking forward to our next meal at The Globe."

"Lovely little country pub with great pub garden. Found this by accident when looking for somewhere to get a bite to eat after watching our grandson playing football. It reasonably priced and the food (sharing platter) was lovely"
Morag Connor
"All 3 courses delicious!! The Whitebait was light and crispy, the roast was wonderful and the sticky toffee pudding was one of the best I’ve had. No pictures as I scoffed it down too quickly. The bar area and garden are dog friendly and they even have a little dog menu!"
