"I recently visited Franzos and had an amazing experience! The burger were absolutely delicious—juicy, perfectly seasoned, and served on a fresh, soft bun. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. I also tried their milkshake, and wow, it was the creamiest, most indulgent shake I've had in a long time. Rich, thick, and packed with flavor—definitely a must-try.

The wings were another highlight—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and coated in a mouthwatering sauce. They were perfectly cooked and had just the right balance of spice and sweetness. Overall, the atmosphere was great, the staff who were working there today called “Manasi” was so kind also described the dishes so good, and the food was top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommend."

"I saw a lot of good reviews for Franzos in the Coventry city centre and I decided to give this place a try. And it was a good thing I did!

I visited Franzos on the 19th of January 2005, in the early evening (6:25pm time).

I went inside and went towards the cashier and was served by a helpful and friendly person by the name of Pratiksha.

I ordered the Bravo Burger, Large Piri Fries, a bottle of mineral water and a Oreo Cookie Dough. After I placed my order, Pratiksha guided me towards the dining area of where I wanted to be seated.

When I was seated, she asked me if I want the Oreo Cookie Dough to be cooked now or after I ate the main meal. I kindly replied after. She told me to let her know, when the dessert needs to be prepared.

This was so thoughtful of her, and by this point I was so ever so grateful from the excellent customer service I received by Pratiksha. 🙂

When the main meal came, I enjoyed the Bravo Burger and the Piri Fries. During this time when I was eating, Pratiksha checked on me if I wanted anything else. Another example of excellent customer service from her! 👍

After I ate the main meal, I let Pratiksha know for the Oreo Cookie Dough to be prepared.

When I was waiting for the dessert to be prepared, I visited the toilet. And it was clean and tidy.

After from the toilet, the Oreo Cookie Dough was brought in. And I also enjoyed eating that too!
