"Went in with my girlfriend and she ordered just a fried chicken burger. There was 1 table waiting for food and it was not busy at all. After nearly 15 minutes of watching about 10 staff members just stand and talk in the kitchen, we asked how much longer it would take, to which they replied “a few more minutes”. We had a bus to catch so this wasn’t ideal. A few more minutes went by and we asked again to which they replied “5-7 minutes” at which point we left without a refund or the food. Poor slow service."
