"To begin, I must acknowledge that the efficiency of the two young restaurant workers has earned the establishment a two-star rating. However, if the management and the older cashier, Nina, were solely responsible for the shortcomings, I would have given it the lowest possible rating.
It is evident that the manager does not permit their employees to leave the premises if they are unwell. Consequently, I left the restaurant without purchasing anything to eat due to the fear of contracting an illness, as a girl was retching behind the counter. Notably, Nina, despite her superior knowledge, appears to bully her colleagues and readily criticises customers. Her behaviour is unacceptable."
