"I had a wonderful time at Thai Brasserie Eastbourne on both occasions I visited during my short stay in Eastbourne. I received a warm, friendly welcome and enjoyed conversing with the staff. Everything about the brasserie felt authentic.
On both visits, I had the Pad Thai Noodles main, one with duck, then one with chicken. They were oozing with tantalising flavours with the tamarind cause and lime juice very nicely blended in with everything. I also had the Fried Tofu which was nicely slightly crunchy with a light flavour. It formed a good contrast.
Located behind Eastbourne Train Station, this was easily one of my favourite restaurants in the whole of Eastbourne. Highly recommended."
