"Today The Marine served the best fish and chips I've ever eaten. The cod was perfectly crisp, tasty, and huge. The chips were as good as they get and even the mushy peas were flavorful. Fish and chips were screaming hot, fresh out of the fryer, and the mushy peas were steaming hot. The pints were cold and the service was friendly and welcoming. The decor was traditional and comfortable and the crowd of locals added to the ambience. I'll gladly return if my travel schedule allows. Perfect fish and chips at a reasonable price. Who knew? That was a rhetorical question; obviously the local regulars know. Go if you have a chance."
