What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Bill's Gloucester Quays generally offers a pleasant dining experience with tasty food and attentive service, praised for its vibrant atmosphere and extensive gluten-free options. However, some guests have noted issues with food freshness and occasional long waits for service, especially during busy periods. The handling of billing discrepancies has also led to disappointment for a few diners.
"Great food friendly staff good value. Selection of drinks is great and the flower pot desert is a work of art."

"Usually enjoy Bill's but this one fell short on a number of areas. The food was ok but didn't have the same 'freshness' it usually has - although it does look good in the photo. Also, the venue seemed like it needed a refresh - there was a stale smell where we were sat and it just felt dark and dingy - lacking atmosphere (other parts of the restaurant seemed brighter more like the Bill's you'd expect)."
Mark Ford
"We came here to eat with our extended family on a Thursday. The place was quite busy and unfortunately, we ended up having to wait for our food for a very long time (about an hour).
The staff were friendly and attentive, but the service wasn’t good. After the long wait, some of our side dishes were missing when we finally got served. Also our calamari starter didn’t arrive and we were told we already had it. Well, we didn’t have it, didn’t eat anything for the first hour. By the time we got served, the restaurant was almost empty, with just us in it and a couple of other guests.
Anyway, the waiter apologised and served us everything in the end. He was very patient and nice and so were we.
Fortunately, the food was good, everyone finished their meal and enjoyed it. The calamari was tasty."
