"If 0 star was an option I wouldn't think twice.. went here to get my lunch with my 1 year old son, he isn't a big fan of sandwiches so I bought him a pizza from Greggs on route, I ordered a sandwich for me and some fries for my 1 year old to be polite as we were sitting in and my son had other store food. My son is a fussy eater but I try my best to provide something from the store I'm in at least, when sat down I was refused to allow my child to eat his pizza as it wasn't from subway, I asked for a portion of the bites they serve which they had none apparently, the waffle fries were burnt to a crisp and when my son ate one I'm surprised he didn't break his tooth on them! They were like rocks! Outrageous that I've just spent almost £15, the only customer in the store, and my son wasn't allowed to eat his lunch and had to wait till we were back out in the pouring rain of a cold winter day and have it in the pram.. disgusting behaviour from the person who has this rule in place. You have custom.. I see no issue as if we are a large group of kids causing distress in your restaurant"

"Sam was incredible, don’t normally get sauce but thought I’d try some this time, Sam gave me chipotles southwest, best sub I’ve ever had. If it was up to me between the selection of sauce and services I’d make him manager and up the pay to £300p/hr. Subway is good but Sam Is better, I’m my professional opinion the Haverfordwest branch wouldn’t be nothing without him. Goodnight god bless. The"
