"Quietly tucked away on a side street in Hexham. Highly recommended. The food was delicious.

The restaurants only just opened so you have to give them a little leeway for getting the food out on time, but when it does arrive the food is outstanding. The menu is hard to pick from everything sounds good.
We had the Lobster Fritter starter which was delicious.
Followed by a burger each - both were great.
In hindsight the prawns on the burger wasn't for me. But was a lovely burger. The cowboy burger was unreal, perfect onion rings and delicious steak bits.

Next time going to go for the fish tacos.

"I’ve been there with my partner on a weekend trip from London.

We ordered the seafood mixed grill and we loved it; every single item in it was delicious. However, the best thing ever was a starter: lobster croquettes. This dish had great balance of flavours and its taste was amazing.

The restaurant is also super nice, we both loved the overall atmosphere."

"Update:
When first going here, the food was amazing (please see my original review below), however today's visit was disappointing. The steaks were way thinner and overcooked, lobster didn't come with the claw, and chips + fries were very soggy. Unfortunate as this restaurant had such potential but just didn't perform on this occasion. May visit again and will update if I do, but there are more reliable options in the area.

Had the porterhouse steak and half lobster between two of us. It was a very delicious steak (as you can see from the clean bone) from the local butchers. Friendly and fast service, looking forward to going again."
