"From the moment we walked in with out a booking the staff couldn't be more attentive, Kerry our host took great care of us and couldn't have been more helpful! The food was perfectly cooked the way we wanted and the server who was hilarious remembered how we wanted it (medium/well) and brought it like that every time. Definitely the best rodizio in hull and the price was more than reasonable. The atmosphere was perfect for a chilled dining experience. Look forward to coming again soon!"

"What can I say, the food and service was absolutely spot on.
The food just kept coming and was so tasty and cooked to perfection.
Left the restaurant in some sort of food coma due to the amount we ate, but couldn't say no because there was so many choices of meat that all looked and tasted amazing.
Dont want to forgot to mention the salad bar was lovely too.
We will certainly be back.

"Still baffled a week later. I had made a reservation for lunch service , and kindly they let us come in early. Got started on the food, what I will say is the selection of meats and speed they come round is significantly reduced than an evening. Food was good as usual. I went to pay the bill with a voucher and this is where it started. Was told I couldn’t pay the amount and then use the remaining balance of the voucher after that point. I was asked if I would like to pay the £77 on card and use the voucher another day, which also lacked sense. I paid the balance in the voucher and stepped outside to read their website and the email of the voucher to see their policy . I was mystified as it didn’t state this on any platform. I went back into the resteraunt and asked about this. I don’t really understand the point of 1) not stating this on their website, as I can imagine how many people are booking for food without knowing this, 2) why they didn’t mention this prior.

The lady said that I could have a drink and a dessert to make up the value of the voucher. I did, but was largely disappointed that they wouldn’t just allow me keep the remaining nearly £30 on the voucher for another occasion.

I went up to the bar to see if I owed anything after the drink and dessert, in which the bartender told me £3 odd. I assumed this was coming back to me as the receipt stated my overall bill was £96. The voucher value was £100. Lo and behold I was actually charged £3 odd, can’t make it up.

Bartender really shouldn’t be doing card transactions in which he charged guests what was remaining on their voucher ."
