"Expensive, unwelcoming and no regard for customer experience. No crockery for the sit in service, just single use, disposable cups, no plates just paper bags, and the comfy chairs were all piled up and cordoned off behind a barricade of other chairs lest customers feel welcome. This was early Friday evening, plenty of potential customers around, so failing to offer a decent sit in experience made what we had hoped to be a pleasant pause for a cuppa and a bite to eat was made into nothing more than a refuelling stop. Seriously, why do this when your offer to customers isn't just the coffee, it's the coffee shop experience? If you have forgotten this, you have forgotten what tme point of your business is. Very poor experience."

"Writing a review as I’m literally sat drinking my tasteless hot chocolate. Have never experienced such ignorant and rude service staff in my life. There’s a huge queue behind me, and all 6/7 members of staff are literally just stood around chatting. The till server can see I’m waiting and eventually comes to take my order then leaves without asking me if I wanted my receipt or acknowledging that the order went though. Literally just turns around and walks away. Someone else comes eventually when an actual working barista beckons for someone to come over to the till. Mind you there’s 6/7 people hovering around, probably went to the back fridge or something. I believe the main supervisor (the oldest looking lady there, everyone else looked 15) might be called Rachel, also engaged in gossiping behind the counter. Just poor service all round and the hot chocolate had no flavour at all.
The lady in front of me was also waiting for her drink and it was sat in the machine in her cup for 5 minutes and she had to ask for it."
