"A lovely tap room located in the Baltic triangle. A very cosy & friendly space surrounded by an active brewery. Great selection, good food & good vibes."
Adam Buckley (PHNX)
"Visited last Sunday waiting for the train and on a recommendation from a friend who owned an indie brewery and knows her stuff. Plenty of outdoor seating (probably indoor too but I didn't get past the outdoor bar. I tried a flight of 3 beers - all were differently excellent and revisited the first of them for a pint. Really good - it's on the list for my next trip to Liverpool"
Andrew Cooney
"Large brewery tap in the Baltic triangle. Serving loads of ale including their own. Plentiful seating inside and out. Serves food. Not open that late ( according to google) so don’t leave it too long before going. Interesting setting and a nice bevvy. Recommended. 🍻 🍷"

If you visit enough craft breweries, sooner or later you’ll find yourself wandering around some off-the-beaten-path industrial estates. Black Lodge is surrounded by brick walls on 3 sides, so you can only reach it from the west, which is probably the least likely way you’d be traveling from.
