This husband-and-wife led eatery in Aberconwy, hidden away on an a holiday resort, was voted the best restaurant in Wales at the Welsh Restaurant of the Year 2017 awards. Signatures has also been in the celebrated Michelin Guide for several years, as well as recently being awarded two AA rosettes. The chefs have an open kitchen, so you can watch ingredients being transformed into your Michelin grade meal, knowing the food is fresh and expertly handled.

Watsons Bistro has been a favourite for many years, the Castle Hotel, The Midland tapas bar and Signatures (just outside Conwy, near the marina) are just a few of the many on offer. For something less formal try the Archway Fish and Chips or Parisella's ice cream parlour.
