If Alice emerged from Wonderland and decided to open a cocktail bar, the results would likely resemble The Glade at Sketch. The place is a trip, all neon lights and brightly coloured chairs and foliage hanging from the ceiling. A very silly place, but rather wonderful nonetheless.

All those photos of plush pink dining rooms were just mesmerizing and I wanted to see it all for myself. However, what I didn’t realize when I made my reservation was that Sketch actually has a collection of dining rooms, all of with have unique designs. And this vision in Pink?

Located in Mayfair, sketch is a chic afternoon tea, dinner and drinks spot. There are numerous bars, a pink dining room and even a club under their famous egg shaped bathrooms. The afternoon tea takes place in the Pink Art Gallery which is Very Instagramable.

Sketch has to be one of the most pretty brunch places in London. The iconic pink lounge is perfect for that Instagram moment. Sketch is more of an experience than just a pretty brunch place.

When my friend found out I was going to Sketch, she said, “It’s tacky!. ” And that’s how I knew I would love it. Don’t come to London’s most Instagrammed restaurant without a reservation.

This is the most cool, most trendy, and most kitschy afternoon tea in London. I’ve been back multiple times for good reason. The attention to detail at Sketch is impeccable.

Sketch kept popping up (from other sites, friends, IG) but the site doesn’t seem to let me make reservation for one. were you traveling alone, and did you have that issue?
