"This place is okay for a meal with the family however the food isn't amazing for money it's a large chain and that reflected in the food. Everything is taste but it's all seems the same really. Everything I eat was filling and present to eat except the Mac and cheese was rubbery and dry. Service was good the servers was polite and overall the experience was good however for the money you definitely could get better."

"I visited Zizzi in Maidstone East with friends for a birthday celebration, and it turned out to be a delightful experience overall. We had pre-booked a table and arrived around 6 PM. The atmosphere was inviting and aesthetic, perfectly suited for a celebratory evening.
The food was delicious, and everyone in our group enjoyed the dishes we ordered. However, I personally felt that the main course took slightly longer than expected to arrive – about 30 minutes – which tested our patience a bit. Despite this, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we were comfortable throughout our meal.
Zizzi offers a lovely setting for gatherings with friends, blending great food with a warm, pleasant ambiance. While the service timing could improve, it's still a place I would recommend for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience."

Food came out well timed and hot, I ordered the chicken pollo picante as it’s my favourite and I asked the chef if he could make it with extra cream and he did it tasted lovely Thankyou Lewis. The children enjoyed their pizza and bolognaise and have asked if they can have it from zizi every time instead of at home. We had he melt chocolate for pudding with ice cream and it was Devine.

It was very busy but our waitress May, was attentive, friendly and professional. She was totally rushed off her feet but we were very well looked after. Whilst you have excellent gluten free options and excellent vegan options, your menu is very limited for both combined and I’m always stuck having the same thing.

Similar to Prezzo but I feel it has slightly more character. Again on Earl street, they do Italian and English food. Their children’s menu is really good value and the staff are friendly.
