"First visit and a great experience. When my dish of choice was unavailable (typically the only one in the entire menu!) who appeared to be the manager was very apologetic and went out of his way you suggest similar alternatives. My drink and meal were both excellent, as was the service and interaction with serving staff. It was a lovely quiet and relaxed atmosphere even though the Lounge was busy. I'll certainly be back!"
