I’ve ordered an egg drop soup with seaweed which was aromatic and full of nutrients, as well as the tripe slices sautéed with coriander, from the new, more authentic menu. That dish was amazing. The tripe was tender, it was cooked with coriander stems which have more flavor and aroma than the leaves and it was very nicely presented. I’m happy I’m spending few days more in Northampton, because for sure I will be back. The service was very polite and the restaurant is conveniently located in the town center, just opposite to the Ibis hotel."
