What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Piazza is praised for its stunning waterfront views and friendly service, with many enjoying the traditional Italian dishes like pizza and pasta. However, some reviewers noted that certain dishes were underwhelming or overpriced, and portion sizes for items like pizza could be small for the cost.
"Wonderful food. Good staff. Amazing view. Very good meal for my birthday. We will definitely come back"
Scottish Hamster
"We were there 2 times and both times everything was delicious. The staff was really nice and you can even sit outside with your dog. All of it was just fantastic and the prices are good too."
Spike 345
"Nice looking restaurant on the water, but unfortunately the food was sup-par. I got the soup special, which was minestrone, but tasted just like the canned soup you get from the supermarket. At £7.50, it was overpriced and very underwhelming. We also got a margherita pizza that lacked basil (kind of a key ingredient here) and only tasted like something after dumping a lot of Parmesan on it. Husband’s pasta was equally bland. A flatbread appetizer was also overpriced and underwhelming. We were only passing through, but have to think there’s better food in Oban."
